A guide to reading the heatmap:
Each week, two samples are collected from the school’s manhole and analyzed for SARS-CoV-2. The SARS-CoV-2 analysis results for each school for each week is represented by a square on the heatmap. If a square is red, then SARS-CoV-2 was detected in both samples from that school on that date, and the results are designated as Positive. If a square is green, then SARS-CoV-2 was not detected in the two samples from that school on that date, and the results are designated as Negative. If a square is yellow, then SARS-CoV-2 was detected in one sample from the school but not in the other sample, and the results are designated as Inconclusive. Lastly, if a square is white, then the school’s wastewater was not sampled that week.
