Advanced Analytics
At the bottom of the WWTP map and the ZIP Code map, there is an Advanced Analytics section that displays plots of the wastewater viral load compared to the positivity rate. The green line is the wastewater viral load as a percent of the July 6, 2020 benchmark levels. The blue line is the estimated positivity rate based on PCR testing.
When first opened, the Advanced Analytics displays the Virus Load x Positivity Rate plot for the City as a whole. This will update once you click on a WWTP or ZIP code. Below is an example for 69th Street WWTP.
Clicking on the button in the top right corner of the Advanced Analytics plot will expand the plot to full screen.
